As a team of 4, complete the following:
Pick up Prowler and weights and carry to the road
800m Prowler Push (90# + prowler M/50# + prowler F)
Pick up Prowler and weights and return to bay
Rotate all team members through each of the following stations:
30 Push Press (95#M/65#F)
30 Box Jumps (24″M/20″F)
30 Pullups
30 Burpees
Run FB Loop
For Time.
