Mobility: Shoulders with bands

Conditioning: Do this with a Partner. Split reps and sled pushes.

400m Sled push (2/1 plates)
20 Tire flips
4 Rope climbs
40 Sandbag lunges
100m Kettlebell farmers carry
400m Sled push (2/1 plates)
20 Tire flips
4 Rope climbs
40 Sandbag step-ups
100m Sandbag overhead carry
400m Sled push (2/1 plates)
20 Tire flips
4 Rope climbs
40 Sandbag lateral box step-overs
100m bear crawls (both partners)

Rx+: 3 x 45 / 2 x 45 plates on the sled.

WOD Notes: Enjoy this longer grinder of a workout. Find a partner and share the load! Split all reps, including the kettlebell and sandbag carries. Both partners will bear crawl at the same time on the final movement.
