barbell litter carry demo
Conditioning:
Teams of 3 – 4 rounds for time
200m barbell litter carry (2 x 45# barbells + M 2 x 25 plates / F 2 x 15 plates)
25 tire flips (flip anyway, partner flipping allowed)
15 pushups each
Cashout: 60 situps for quality
