Conditioning:
4 Rounds of
KB Carry 2 KB’s 53/35 (Murphy Loop)

* Rounds 1 and 3 farmer carry. Rounds 2 and 4 front rack carry
** At the beginning of each round complete a complex
*** Every time the KB’s touch the ground complete a Complex of 3 KB Deadlifts + 3 KB Russian Swings + 3 KB S2OH. Each movement is done with both KB’s
