Strength: Overhead Squats

Build up doubles to 75% of 1RM
3 x 2 reps @ 80%
3 x 1 rep @ 85%

Conditioning: 3 rounds

400m run
100m farmers carry (use kettle bells or dumb bells)
10 dips (ring or bar)
10 sandbag gets ups
10 tire flips

Potato: vested
