Kettlebell Complex Every 90 Seconds

5 Rounds 30 second rest between each round

5 Goblet Squats
4 Kettlebell Presses (2 each arm)
3 Kettlebell Squat Cleans
2 Kettlebell Snatches (1 each arm)

Conditioning

AMRAP 20

400M Run
12 Wall Balls
10 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatches
8 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Lunges
6 Burpees

RTG = Vested
