50 Box jump, 24/20
50 pull-ups
50 Dumbbell Snatch 35+/25+
50 Lunges
50 Parallette Pass Thru (1 rep for every pass thru 1,2,3…)
50 Push press, 95/65
50 Sit-ups
50 Wall ball 20/14
50 Plate Burpees 10lb
50 Double-Unders

WOD Tips:

Today’s workout will have a High to Moderate  intensity effect over a longer period of time. Weights are light to keep your teams moving. 2+ rounds will be a challenge. Strategize rep schemes and be a good partner to finish strong!
