60 Abmat Sit-ups
50 Burpees
40 Box jumps 24/20
30 Knee 2 Elbows
20 Shoulder to Overhead
10 Handstand Push-ups
After Handstand Push-ups Go back up the ladder
L1 95/65, L2 115/85, L3 135/95
