Cindy- 5 Pullups, 10 Push ups, 15 Air Squats
DT – 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Cleans, 6 Push Jerks 155/105

WOD Notes: Today’s wod is a relay style partner 1 completes their round before partner 2 begins their round. Score will be total number of rounds and reps. On DT pick a weight that you can do the majority of the reps unbroken. Goal for today finish each round under 90 sec.
