WOD Notes: The skill portion is to practice HSPU effieciency. If you don’t have them get use to being upside down. On the 100m Carry, you can carry any object any style. feel free to change it up. We’ll spend 20 minutes on this portion. Todays wod split the reps with your partner. The rep scheme may change as you get higher into rounds. communicate with each other. The row will remain at 500m for the whole wod.
