3 Rounds of:
2 min AMRAP each movement / 2min rest each movement

Mountain Climbers
Alternating DB/KB bent rows
Wall sit holds
2 Min AMRAP for each movement individually before resting and moving to next movement.
18 min work/18 min rest total. Every 10 seconds without coming out of wall sit is 1 rep
