15 — Mountain Climbers ( L + R = 1 )
100 — Run

WOD Tips: This is right on the border of that longer cardio WOD and the shorter more sprint style WOD where you will be able to go all out, so care will have to be taken for pacing. My suggestion is to break up the pull ups early as these will most likely be the most difficult portion of each round. Breaking before the grip starts getting taxed will help reduce the wear on hands.
