5 sets x 3 reps w/ 3 sec pause
keep all sets below 70% of 1 rep max

Strength. 25 mins to find 1 rep max Bear Complex
without stopping or putting the bar down.
Complete the following sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press (have bar land behind head, in rear rack position)
Back Squat
Push Press (have bar land on chest, in front rack position)

WOD. 10 min AMRAP
Bear Complex using 70% of 1 rep max
