Conditioning:
Warm up each movement x 10 with empty bar and 400m row

5 Hang Power Cleans
5 S2OH/HSPU
5 Back rack lunge
10 Bar over Burpee

A good target is 5 rounds at L1
Substitute for DB for shoulder pain

L1 – 95/65
L2 – 115/75
L3 – 135/95
