With a continuously running clock, ROW until 350m is reached, then move to PUSH UPS until 3:00 minutes; When ‘Switch’ is called return to 350m ROW, then SIT UPS until 6:00 minutes.  Return to 350m ROW, then AIR SQUATS until 9:00 minutes. Continue sequence of exercises until each is completed 3 times and timer stops at 27:00 minutes.  Tally total number of reps for each exercise.
